Formula for the calculation of rod in Kg

BSRM rod (standard), in 1 m bar (16 mm) is found 16²/162=1.58 kg
Local rod, in 1 m bar (16 mm) is found =1.64 kg
So, for calculation of local bar the formula should be= (bar diameter in mm)²/162 in a meter.
